We want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury apparel. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached.

  Ship Your Return

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
